Partner programme
Bring customers.Share in what they pay.
For IT service companies, consultants, resellers and integrators: recommend PBXfactory to the companies you look after and earn commission on every invoice they pay us.
How it works
Three steps
- 1
Apply
Sign in (or create an account — it's the same step), open Partner, and tell us who you are and how you'd bring customers. That's it — no bank details needed.
- 2
Get your terms and link
We agree your commission and how long it runs. You get your personal link — pbxfactory.com/r/your-code — and a partner code.
- 3
Earn
Companies that continue with you from your link, or enter your code when they set up their account, are credited to you. Every invoice they pay earns your share.
What you earn
Terms agreed with you
- A percentage of what each company you bring pays us, before VAT — on every paid invoice: subscriptions, extra seats, renewals.
- For a set number of months from the company's first payment, or for as long as it stays a customer — agreed with you.
- A hold of a few weeks before commission can be paid out, to cover refunds and chargebacks.
- Paid by bank transfer or as credit on your own PBXfactory invoices — you choose once there's commission to pay out.
- A dashboard in your portal: your link, your terms, the companies you brought and every euro earned.
Fair to everyone
No hidden tracking, no tricks
- Opening your link stores nothing. Only when visitors choose to continue with you do we remember your code — for 60 days, in a single first-party cookie.
- Your customers pay our normal prices. Your commission comes out of our share, not from a markup.
- A company is credited once, when it's created, and stays with the partner who brought it. Customers can't switch.
- You see your customers numbered, never their names or contact details.
- You can't refer your own company to yourself.
Reselling PBXs under your own name?
Some partners buy PBXs for their clients under their own company. Mention it in your application: we can credit your own company to you, so those purchases earn commission too.
